Separate the ledger categories

A useful history identifies whether an entry is a deposit, withdrawal, bonus, game transaction, settlement or manual adjustment. Read the category before interpreting a balance change.

  • Type and amount
  • Date, time and timezone
  • Pending, completed, rejected or cancelled status
  • Platform reference ID
  • Masked method or destination

Reconcile a deposit or withdrawal

Locate the matching bank or e-wallet entry by amount and time. Record its provider reference, then compare it with the casino ledger. A completed payment-provider entry does not by itself explain how the platform classified the transfer.

Preserve evidence safely

Save the complete status and reference while masking unrelated balances, account numbers and identity data. Never share a password, OTP, recovery code or full payment credential. Keep original files rather than sending only cropped chat images.

Ask a precise support question

State the expected entry, the entry actually displayed, both references and the time window. Avoid duplicate deposits or withdrawals merely to test the ledger, because they add new records without resolving the first one.

Transaction history FAQ

Does pending mean failed? No. Pending is not a final status.

Can game history replace the payment ledger? No. Game activity and payment records answer different questions.
