Two systems can show different stages

A bank or wallet may record that a payment instruction completed while the destination balance has not yet updated. That difference does not identify the cause. Preserve both records and use the platform's official status.

Review the transaction details

  • Destination and account identifier
  • Amount and currently displayed limits
  • Transaction reference or payment note
  • Timestamp and provider status
  • Platform account-history status

Do not create duplicate evidence

A second transfer can make the sequence harder to investigate. Refresh the account history once, check for reversal or cancellation, then contact the verified support route with the original reference.

Protect payment information

Share only the details necessary to identify the transaction. Mask unrelated financial information, and never send a password, OTP or complete card credential. This guide does not claim support for any specific Malaysian bank or wallet.

Deposit status FAQ

Does pending mean failed? No. It means the visible records have not established a final matching status.

How long should it take? Current processing information belongs to the platform and payment provider; this guide does not invent a universal time.
